  1. Just watched this WONDERFUL teaching’s for all of us. I have a wonderful with a Books Store here on Whidbey and will go down to tell of this book and take my iPad to show with a Latte for her. Thank You awesome guys for this book.
I was the one in my younger years of giving some trust and friendship. They a still given me a hug when we cross paths.❤❤❤❤

  2. I was diagnosed with ADHD in grade 2. I’m 34 now. The doctors you worked with are the cream of the crop. Love the idea of lots of graphics and fast paced and entertaining! Pre-ordering.

  3. This bout made me cry. I work with the department of voc tech because I've hardly kept a job more than a year. I have no friend group. Still single. What you said in this video and writing this book really really touched my heart and means so much. Thank you Penn.

  4. I was banned from Reddit's ADHD board for trying to encourage someone to focus on ADHD traits that can be strengths because the medical community does not view it as anything but a disability. Attempting to cite the author of Faster Than Normal, a book similar to what I expect this one to be, I was told that author was nothing but an opportunist and a grifter.

  5. This is so great! Congrats on finishing a big project (“outlines…but all of my ideas are on post-it notes…can’t we just mind-map this thing?”). I’m a therapist with ADHD and hyped about reading it! Also a GenX Tarheel alumna who has enjoyed the Holderness Family videos over the years!

  6. I can't love this enough!! My son (12) and I (Both ADHD) LOVE all of the positive messages and videos that you share about ADHD and how it can be used as a Superpower! My hubby is the Kim in our family, and I know ALL of us will enjoy reading this book together!!

  7. Frack that. I am bloody weary of slamming my head into the same obstacles over and over and over again because of my significant attention deficits. ADHD is not something to considered "awesome" in the positive sense: it can be life-threatening and crippling.

  8. I love you guys! Following you since COVID. Thank you for "coming all out". ADHD is a gift and a challenge… But mostly a gift. God bless you and the family.😊

  9. congratulations 🎉 for your book! i pre-ordered the book and find out you two have another book, “everybody fights….” and i bought this one on kindle and i started reading it. i,m looking forward to read the new book, good job

  10. I already love it just based on the title – I love that it celebrates who we are rather than how do we overcome this "problem" of who we are. Can't wait to see what's inside. (I'm a mom with ADHD parenting a child with ADHD, so probably will be helpful in many ways in our house.)

  11. ADHD is. awesome. You and Kim are. awesome. And as a petite woman with ADHD who is soooo close to finishing a PhD in special education, and who is a big advocate of raising awareness and breaking stigma, and who shares your videos when teaching undergrads, and who totally loves Kim’s beautiful style, and who is going to your website to buy the book just as soon as I finish this comment… Know what other ADHD merch I’d love to see? 😁 An “ADHD is Awesome” shirt that fits like the ones Kim wears. Please. If you can. If not, no worries, still love you ❤️ (But if you can, that’d be awesome… great song btw. 😊)

  12. My oldest was diagnosed a few years back with ADHD and she is the calm one in the family. I always knew I had it but. Never diagnosed. Will Defintely get the book – but how do I get a signed one also.
