The past 2-3 decades the governments, civilian population and infastructures of China has embraced and become dependent on western capitalism & trade to support & sustain the rapid growth and modernization of its cities as well as build their aspiring militaries. China is spreading itself and its resources very thin around the world in its effort to constructively make friends/allies in 3rd world countries, While Russia is still bullying it's way to the peoples hearts and minds bluntly & covertly in denial as it's always done & failed. The island nation of Java alone has 10 million more people than the entiire population of Russia's fast aging/dying numbers.
