A few days ago, on June 6th, Russia destroyed the Kakhovka Dam in southern Ukraine causing tens of thousands of people to lose their homes. Included in this man made catastrophe was thousands of displaced animals. Today we visit Patron Pets Center in Kyiv that has already started taking in these displaced cats and dogs withs volunteer and civilian donated money and products.

  1. I love the Ukrainians. They honestly care about each and every living thing. Most people put humans before animals, but in Ukraine they're all equal. Slava Ukraine.xx

  2. Nig said i dont wanna intrude too much, walks right up into soneones living quarters with a camera 😂

Everytime the women come around, johhny always up in their face with a camera

  3. Johnny, can your Scuba skills be used for the civilian rescues? Thanks for keeping us updated and creating awareness for the English speaking world.

  4. Johnny, i don't know if you're aware…but since this the ZNPP nuclear power plant is within days due to the dam blowing. It'll make chernobyl look like nothing. Keep your car full of gas and plan a way out.

  5. You need some volunteer vets as well for any sick animals or desexing, and donations of animal medications. Thank you to the people donating and the volunteers..xxxxx

  6. Thanks for the links, Johnny, am following now. Huge thanks to Vadym, and the team at Patron Pets Centre, Kyiv, and of course to you, Johnny for bringing this to our attention. People are so kind there, those poor dogs and cats will be traumatised from what they went through in Kherson, and that they've had to be relocated away from all they know.
I hope a few people have time to go in and just sit quietly and calmly with the animals there. It must all seem so strange for them all. My mum used to say when greeting new dogs, to crouch or sit down rather than bend over them, and if you hold a hand out at a distance, palm facing up and let them sniff you first, they feel less intimidated than a hand coming down from above their heads. Many here have rescued dogs from abroad, and where they come from are countries where they've been horribly mistreated, they see the hand as about to grab them/take them, so I can completely understand their apprehension until they know to trust again.
Johnny, one good thing about showing us this, is it circulates exactly what the purpose of these buildings are, so no one can make any false claims that they aren't for civilian/animal use.
Well done on receiving your much deserved certificate, that is so kind of the centre to gift that to you. You're a good man, Johnny. Thank you for caring about the defenceless animals from russia's awful attack on the Kakhovka Dam and its regions.

  7. You should encourage them to get their charity registered on the Youtube Give program. If they can do that The Enforcer channel could raise money for them on one of our Sunday night fundraisers. The channel is one of he highest raising channels on Youtube and has now raised over a million dollars for various organizations o help Ukraine. I would love to see funds go to finish the building of this shelter! You may want to coordinate with the Enforcer to make this happen.

  8. Good video, glad to see so many people helping these poor, unfortunate animals. I can't help thinking of all the wildlife killed that wouldn't be able to swim, or that were too young to survive the flood.
    God bless the Ukrainians.

  9. Thank you so much for showing us what’s happening around Ukraine. Such a beautiful country with beautiful people. I hope the war will end soon so everyone can live in peace. 🇺🇸❤️🇺🇦

  10. Fancy, at the start of all this shit, everyone kept saying that Ukraine won’t be able to fight the mite of Russia and yet we see time after time the people & army of Ukraine step up to the plate and deliver when most needed. If theirs one thing to come out of this conflict and that’s ‘don’t fuck with the Ukrainians. Slava Ukraine.

  11. Sort of reminds me during Hurricane Katrina the people came together to rescue pets , strays and leave food and water for the ones who evaded us trying to catch them . Basically we left food and water close to the flooded area on higher ground. Keep up the good work .

  12. I'm sorry to bother you Johnny but I wanted to ask, do you think that Lviv is safer than Kyiv at this time? Unfortunately, I will need to ship my embryos from Taiwan sooner than later though I wanted to wait until things were safer. I was given the option of storing them in Lvlv though though my clinic said that Kyiv is safer because of the anti-missile defense system and their embryo storage is underground with emergency generators that can last a few days. What do you think? I value your opinion greatly. Thank you!!
