8. I remember working with my dad roofing and a owner called and dude had zebras 🦓 and llamas and I asked the owner if I could get on it dude said he’ll yeah man

10. Most of the exotics go to animal refuges and preserves. I have friends with lots of land and they have zebras and gazelles

11. Absolutely disgusting! The cruelty is beyond belief. The people who buy and sell these animals should be arrested.

14. This specific auction, and probably many other facilities are terrible and unethical. But this as a whole isn’t bad, usually good. People who work with animals tend to care for them and treat them with great respect. But sometimes you do come across terrible humans who abuse wildlife, which ultimately puts a bad reputation on zoos and ranches. No one ever does research about the good in wildlife conservation, rather people get fed information that puts good things in poor light.

    And that camel was more expensive than it should be. There’s hundreds of millions running around the wild, shouldn’t be hard to get one.

16. Zebras, like horses, don't have pairs. One stallion will cover many mares

17. PETA views any animal kept in captivity as a cruel situation. There are PETA members who are even against keeping cats and dogs .
