38. What was the purpose of these dogs being here and then not feeding them? How can people have the mind set of leaving them without any form of nourishment. They should try it sometime. They need to be punished for the lack of care they have shown to these dogs. Also they should be made to pay compensation for their keep and future. Again Taxis is having to rescue them or they wouldn’t survive.

42. The worst thing about this scene is all the fencing wire rolled up. The owner could have made a fenced area but chose to let the fencing rust and tie the dogs. Lucky they were found. They were on the verge of dying of starvation
