1. A beautiful story. I have been a rescue forever home as long as I can remember. I take in 1-2 small breed dogs at a time over the years. But a few times we have taken in rescue cats and each time was like amazing connections. Your kitty reminds me of our newest adoption, a full grown tuxedo kitten that claimed me instantly. He is a big furry cuddle ball. It is amazing how pets can enrich our lives. So happy she has a wonderful forever home. Blessings!

13. I adopted a stray cat from a cats and dogs home, last summer and I thought she meowed lots but Cass out-Meows Delilah! Delilah is also very attached to me, like Cass I think she had definitely lived in a home before but had been dumped. Glad Cass is super happy.

15. Calico's are the best -just enough orange in them to be fun and playful, but mixed with everything thing else to be loving and a good hunter. We miss our girl, she lived 23 yrs and is now an angel.

22. I cant imagine having a cat that didnt "talk" like that. Both my cats did that, and I loved it. Its a communication only cat lovers understand 🙂
