The shadow of the person on the other side of the railroad tracks is probably someone who was killed by a train, they come back and relive their accident. The reason it looks like that because it happened to me and the crew of union pacific . Me and the conductor saw waist down only the figue running across the street towards the tracks. Another conductor said it was looking for the other half of the body, which was run over and cut in half.

Looks like it may be a small animal spirit. I have done enough studying to say that yes animals have spirits to like us.
