  1. Native here 👋🏽
In Canada us Cree do this but we don't coexist with it… our medicine men ward off evil spirits using the shaking tent ceremony.

You have to banish what's in it… not let it dance around and tell you what to do lol.

  2. Not the ones that I have seen. The ones on the ground that spin on two feet then no feet. The other ones with arms, headsand no legs that flip. That is magic.

  3. I knew there was someone inside. I'm Native American and I seen it more of a cultural art or cultural celebration. The person dancing in the thing is skilled at looking invisible in the suit making it look like the suit itself is dancing and that's what I thought was the art of it in the act itself.
Uncle Ruckus would say something like…"See what I tell you, it ain't nothing but a bunch of nigga trickery!" Or something like that.

  4. The other one with a long stick on the head is called “kumpo” down here which belongs to jola or ajamataw tribe who could be found in the Senegambian region as far as I know.
Their is actually someone inside that thing but the thing is, a random person cannot just do it. They have their own rituals and some knowledge of it’s own.
    That definitely isn’t witchcraft
