6. I truely think at this point the goverment and all officiials should put in a law that its mandatory to fix your animals at 6 months old. They should hire and put in charge ppl that go door to door fixing these animals. Of course they are trained to do so. When any country becomes over populated and cruelty done to animals this should be in effect asap.

44. This goes on too many times, I don't know how you cope Takis, their heartless people in your Country and I do know it goes on in a lot of countries, but it's unforgiving what goes on in Greece.
