What Would World War III Mean for Missions?

   The Nation's do not matter.

2. The reality of what WW3 entails is that few if any people will survive. Comparing WW3 to any previous war that is not fought between nuclear armed superpowers is going to be a false comparison. It is more likely that we are coming to the end of human history and we need to prepare accordingly.

3. WW3? I know it doesn’t seem like it but this is the most peaceful time in human history. Also who will fight ww3? American has no military peer. No nation can challenge US military supremacy. That won’t chang for decades.

4. Obviously the threat of WW3 would cause hardships in reaching the isolated areas of the world but what about the rapidly growing threat of another Civil War in the US? It is possible that an internal conflict of the country which most missions are based out of could cut off the ability just to leave the country to go anywhere to minister and spread the Gospel. What is the next move when international travel becomes impossible at the root?

8. I think it would be beneficial not to do as other platforms and spread fear about war. I really like the channel but it would be nice to at least add a trigger warning, because war, even imagining it, causes anxiety.

10. Its sad when I feel hopeless. I know my hope is to be in Christ, but I always thought I'd have a family, have a home, and me and my future wife would be active in the church. I know I can't predict how long I'll live, but when my life is about to be cut short possibly in the near future due to war and I look at how much I haven't done; I feel like my life has been a waste. How did we go from prosperity to this? I feel as if our timeline was replaced over night. I don't need to be rich or famous, I just want a simple life that honors God while living in peace.

    Its easy for those who have had spouses, kids, and houses to say the "answers" we all know.

12. There were many champions of Christ in WWII. Look at Corey Tenboom! Wars will only serve to light a fire into those with a heart for missions even further. God is sovereign in all things.

16. Well darn, Piper, everything was getting more and more peaceful under Trump. Abortions were down. Roe was gone. No war. Trump never funded ONE transgender surgery. Inflation was nonexistent. But you hated Trump because you believed, without question, the media’s continued distortions.
