The second madam is very famous in HCM city. I used to buy her Bánh Canh Cua. It is truly deserved the price.
In saigon we do have someone like her. There are some free vegan restaurants in HCM city. Most of them for people with hardship like college student or poor people.

I have had truffle cheese and truffle infused oil. Two of the most disgusting things I’ve ever had. It was like I was tasting bleach mixed with aircraft paint fumes. Maybe fresh truffle is better😂
