Luke Skywalker willkick anyone's ass andhandes torhem
Luke used his new hand and rubber one out while thinking of vader
Empire strikes back is everybody’s favorite Star Wars movie
Luke would not have a problem killing someone that was trying to kill him
I hate this comics crap
Some of the Legends stuff is great. Some is really odd, because there was nothing tying the stories together. Mara Jade is one of my favorite characters, but she can’t exist now. Thanks , Disney….
Damn, Han solos safety was obviously not a priority.
Maybe you should have told this to Disney before they made their movies about Luke Skywalker. Because undoubtedly they forgot they turned him into a negative disgruntled old man that didn't give two shits about anybody but himself
I prefer shadow empire as a in between of empire and return of the Jedi. However there are some good elements in these comics but I don’t like the yellow lightsaber for Luke it just seems he borrowing other people weapons and not making his own to show he being his own Jedi.
Very nice take…. New Sub, great stuff!
What comic run is this? Love to be able to find it
Shadows Of The Empire takes place between TESB and ROTJ… is WAY better than the comics.
I'm good without the subpar comic runs. Shadows of the Empire worked fine. Still does.
You just gotta ignore the canon/legends labels and just appreciate the great stories
1. Really?
Obi-wan and Yoda does not answer him through the Force?
And he is so stupid that it does not occur to him, that they don't hear him?
2. He cuts himself from the Force? Like how?
The Force is created by all living things, that surrounds and penetrates everything, and binds the galaxy together.
He comitted suicide or what?
This is Rian Johnson level stupid.
3. So Luke wanted to confront Obi-wan and Yoda right away, but when he was unable to contact them through the Force, he decided that to the hell with that, and flying to Dagobah is not an option for some nonsense reason?
Yeah, I don't think so.
4. Oh, so now emotional conflict can disrupt connection to the Force? LOL
It must have been a helluva ride for Vader then. Poor guy.
Or more likely it is just nonsense BS.
5. What firefight? In hyperspace? LOL
After they left Bespin, they went to meet the fleet.
Who wrote this shit? Some disney writer? They surely know how to write crap, they proved it time after time.
6. Wow. So after a couple of months of training tops, and a humiliating defeat, when Vader didn't even really try, as he was trying not to harm him, Luke is suddenly that strong? But in ROTJ he is not that strong anymore somehow?
Unbelivable.
Who writes this shit?
7. Yes, let's return to Cloud City, that the Empire just took over. LOL
Ok, I had enough of this nonsense.
Final question:
Why would Luke risk Han's life, who could die any moment in Jabba's palace?
The answer:
He would not. The first thing he did was going to Tatooine, as it was told at the end of TSB.
But hey, it's maybe Jake Skywalker in these nonsense stories! That would make absolute sense.
More stories to add to Luke’s story that make it all that more amazing! Can’t wait to see him actually make his green lightsaber in the comics! Great compilation as always!
I wonder if the yellow lightsaber Luke found in the temple once belonged to the Grand Inquisitor.
Cool
