18. I realize I may be a bit different. My family home has been haunted since I was 5, I’m 62. For years, I would not spend the night here after I moved out, but I would come visit all the time of course. Now I’ve been here for basically four years but full-time too because both my parents had actually taken falls at different times and then they passed so now it’s time for me to tie everything up and I just listed it today.

    That being said a lot of times I don’t turn on the light because I don’t want people from outside seeing Inside through the windows and I don’t want to see anyone so if it’s dark, I’m fine, I’m used to ignoring sounds. Steph is going on here all the time and I forget that I’m here by myself. I’m just assuming it’s my son or my husband and then I catch myself and start to panic a little bit because it hasn’t been easy but we weren’t going to run out.

    Things have calmed down quite a bit, but there’s still activity. Now, if you had to look at the way, I sleep, you would think I was a freak, but my husband puts up with it. I have a buckwheat pillow behind my back, regular long pillow between my legs to my chest, and then another buckwheat against my chest, one under my head and then a buckwheat over my head so that , no one can get to me. I used to have a man come to my room every night of my life here and he was freaky. I haven’t seen him, but I still have the same sleeping issues because of it there’s always more activity at night, but it happens during the day as well..
