39. The dog was running loose, so the family was obviously home. It's just their kid. If you are leaving your house in order to have someone come in and film a walkthrough, you either take your dog with you, or put it where it won't get out when the agent is walking through the house. You also don't leave a watermelon cut in half just sitting on the counter.
