Flooding inundated some parts of Sydney on July 4, 2022, as the Australian city continues to be drenched by continuous heavy rainfall. Warragamba Dam, the city’s largest dam, released torrents of water from its spillways earlier than expected. Overflowing rivers have inundated swathes of land, transforming at least one large stretch into a lake. Australia’s emergency services have ordered around 30,000 people in Sydney to evacuate as forecasters warned that more severe weather was on the way.

  2. Ah yes Australia where everything is upside down in the us it is summer you are having droughts, however as a former Aussie everything floods don't worry this is normal Australian behaviour.

  3. The alarm went off at exactly 6:00 AM as it had every morning for the past five years. Barbara began her morning and was ready to eat breakfast by 7:00 AM. The day appeared to be as normal as any other, but that was about to change. In fact, it was going to change at exactly 7:23 AM.
