If I suspected my home or business was haunted, I wouldn't contact your typical ghost hunter. For what? I'd find someone like the Foreman Brothers who investigate and clear things out.
Sorry but odd things happening and re-created for a video is a total waste of time. It's almost comical, as we see this in multiple scary induced videos, all for the drama effect. It's sad people use horrific fatalities to make these videos.

The orb that turned into an apparition or the spirit of one of the young boys in the accident was huge, he's tall like the trees, them photos and the video are incredible evidence, especially the face in the mist!!
If you look at the pictures of the mist and zoom in there's a face
It's funny how people call orbs dust or bugs, it's obvious that orbs often accompany paranormal activity, ghosts are absolutely real, often in orb form.
