Hey Joel, love your work and been an avid listener for years…Being a Nepalese can’t help but to comment on how well researched and written the royal family massacre story was (better than any/all accounts of it circulating in the world wide media) and can’t believe I actually missed the livestream you recorded it on, edit: so I didn’t miss the stream I got on it as you were reading the last story :/ lol Thank you so much for what you do.. long live the Buttersock cult!

19. Hey Joel! I am from Nepal and want to thank you for covering the story of our royal family massacre. To this day, we are perplexed as to who really did it and why. Supposedly Prince Dipendra did it but we do not believe it. There were a lot of errors during the investigation and there are quiet a few theories. It is still a mystery and I believe the real perpetrator will never be found.

23. My grandpa was in an explosion at Getty oil company while he was working there in the 80’s, south Alabama. Burned 90% of his body and he somehow survived. It was cool listening to that last story! Thanks Joel

26. I’ve heard the story about the Getty kidnapping but yelling at your wife for spending too much money on your sons cancer treatment? I really don’t think anyone could be more of a scumbag, and he was worried about his sons suicide ruining his image lol. Almost any father would give every dollar he has or will ever have along with his life just to keep his son from being harmed and this guy only have the most that was tax deductible and only after trying very hard not to pay at all… y do good men have to work their ass off to barley make a living and horrible men have more money than they they could spend in a million lifetimes

28. The first story made me so happy. Where the story took place is my home..my mountains. It's a beautifully, creepy place. I couldn't imagine it any other way. Hearing Mr. Let's Read, read this one was the absolute best.
