My husband moved launched flowers on a stand like that at his viewing he scared the crap out of everybody and we were inside so no breeze and the stand was locked so if you can explain how flowers launched off of the stand like that into the chairs where people were sitting let me know other than that would be my husband because he loved to scare the shit out of people
