We’re going on a full Indian street food tour through the South Indian state of Karnataka! From Mangaluru (Mangalore) to Bengaluru (Bangalore), we’ll try some of the tastiest Indian food and see some incredible behind the scenes of what goes into the cooking.

In this full documentary I’ll show you all the incredible meals from our road trip in Karnataka, India!

We’ll begin this adventure in Mangalore, famous for seafood, especially fish fry. They coat all fish in a thick masala paste, and tawa fry them in coconut oil. The result is a plaster of masala that keeps the fish moist with an insane amount of flavor. Also, you can’t miss the original ghee roast! It was great to hang out with Martin and @JoelsTastyRide

We continued to Coorg, where we met up with my great friend @FoodNTravel in the mountains to learn all about the local food and eat a famous dish unlike any other dish I’ve had in India.

Next up on this Indian street food tour, we’ll visit Mysore (Mysuru), a cultural capital of India, known for a variety of delicious foods – and it didn’t let us down.

Finally we’ll meet up with @FoodLoversTV in Bengaluru (Bangalore), home to a near endless variety and quantity of Indian food. From 1000 kilo pots of biryani, to an Uncle who makes some of the greatest ever fried rice, you can eat non-stop in Bengaluru!

  1. Damn, Mark! I finally decided to try your spicy dish few days ago, but when I arrived at your restaurant, a huge line of people was wrapped around the building. Great for your business, but terrible for my stomach, which was craving that pad kaprao! 😂 I'll try again! 🍻

  2. Yummmmmm! I would love to taste fish, eggs & rice but I'm allergic and Sesame seeds/Oil, Celery I'm anaphylactic
(throat closes & swells) Everything else, I will devour!!!! lol!

  3. It was like watching top class movie on repeat. You always and I know will have my deepest love and respect. You, your family and Joel are amazing. This full documentary did justice to your whole recent trip to the south state of India ❤

  4. Great content. I always watch your old and new videos. I appreciate the effort and enthusiasm that you put into your work. Keep it up and don't mind the others, you've been blessed and that's all that matters. Kudos to you!

  5. I love eating with my hands it’s so primal and personal. Hand to mouth makes you way more in touch with your tastebuds. It just hits different and anyone that doesn’t understand that should leave there nasty uncultured comments to themselves. Xoxo to Mark for being my inspiration I n my culinary journeys.

  6. Next time when u visit india ,pls visit kochin,i will take u for a food trip tht u have never experienced in your lifetime ,take my words ,one of the fact is when u eat home made food it has its own taste and elegance in it

  7. I dont get why some still eat with their hands, even cultures have to adjust and move on. A spoon or a fork isnt hard to make let alone expensive to get even in poor countries.
Cant be hygienic either especially when sharing when some people have really bad hygiene (despite "washing")
