Number 4 with the liquor store was so fake. Ask yourself, "can a shadow person quickly duck behind the door while holding on to the doorknob without moving the door?" A person based on their body weight and dexterity would still have a tough time keeping it still. Based off of Newton's Third Law your bodies momentum moving one direction would make it nearly impossible to have no effect on the door only if you forgot to let go of the doorknob. For a nonphysical spirit entity it can probably pull it off. Or I could be totally wrong. Also whoever patented the color Vanta Black is making a killing off these fake "paranormal" videos.
