  1. The sight of flooding washing away numerous cars is truly horrifying. But is it nature being cruel, or have people been too complacent? Why are there no effective prevention measures? Both the authorities and the public need to reconsider their responsibilities. Could it be that poor infrastructure construction and unscientific planning are worsening this situation?
