   The first one is just someone under the blanket.
   They look over their shoulder and then back under the blanket.
   The only thing "creepy" or "scary" about is the BS story made up to go with it

   The second one is also ridiculous.

   The third one doesn't even attempt to pretend to be a scary video. It's just pareidolia with a bad camera and bad lighting.

   I mean just add a sound effect and a story and a normal video suddenly becomes spooky.

   So if I film my friend opening a door and pretend to be scared of it, freaking out my dog-will I make it on the channel?

   Old CCTV cameras like this one, reuse the film over and over, "writing" new content over old. Sometimes it is not written over completely causing images from the previous recording to show up on the new one.
   The "ghost" is likely from a recording during the day and other details that would be easily visible from the day recording are being hidden by the poor film quality and darkness of the night.

   The last one, ffs. The face would be 4 feet wide. More pareidolia or just straight up fake.

Either there are people that are intentionally manipulating the environment (like the paper falling in the office with the little girl voice), or lights, shadows, and angles contribute to making things appear a certain way. The video of the shed that opens (which makes the dog nervous) is clearly about a person inside the shed that's making the dog nervous.
