🇰🇭 BATTAMBANG (Cambodia)
*1. Brain Soup 502*
📍 Street 207, Krong Battambang, Cambodia
INTERVIEWEES: Liza
🧠 *BRAIN SOUP*:
Raw pig brain, pepper, secret vegetable broth. Steam for 5 minutes in a bowl. Add mushroom (the thin ones), steam for another 5 minutes. Finally add balut. Serve.

🐸 *SUN DRIED FROG*
Marinate with fish & soy sauce, palm sugar, msg, salt, sugar, chili, garlic, ginger, dried bell peppers. Sun dry for 2 days. Deep fry.

*2. Frog Farm*
📍 Battambang, Cambodia

🐸 *STUFFED FROG*
Soak dry chili, soak dry glass noodles.Cut the feet off the frog and discard. Chop frog thighs off. Chop together with pork (bones and all). Mix with Kroeng. Drain and chop noodles mixture. Mix in roasted peanuts and the soaked chili. Add salt, sugar, chicken bullion, msg, chop to mix. Stuff frogs with mixture and grill for 30 minutes.
🐸 *FROG SOUP*
Add crunchy powder, yellow food coloring, sugar, msg, chicken bullion, cream powder, and salt to water bugs. Squish to get the muddiness out and seasoning in. Deep fry for 5 minutes.

*3. Rat Farm*
📍 Kampong Thom, NR62, Cambodia
INTERVIEWEE: Muy Chomrern
🐀 *GRILLED RAT*
Marination: pepper, shallots, garlic,smash together then add msg, chicken bullion, palm sugar, mix altogether, then rub on the rat. Add chinese black bean sauce and then oyster sauce. Rub on the rat. Split the bamboo stick to stick the rat between then tie with metal wire. Grill for roughly 1 hour.
🐀 *ROASTED RAT*
Marination: pepper, shallots, garlic,smash together then add msg, chicken bullion, palm sugar, mix altogether, then rub on the rat. Add chinese black bean sauce and then oyster sauce. Rub on the rat. Fold in the tail and put the marinated rat in a roasting cage. Hang the cage into a roasting vase for 1 hour.

Global warming is a myth
I grew up in the southern U.S., so eating things some people in other places would find disgusting is just another part of life. My mom still buys pork brains canned in milk gravy to make 'brains and eggs', scrambled. Tastes good, but the amount of cholesterol listed on that can of brains will knock you on your @$$, lol.
