  1. Everything is good it’s how much you stuff down your trap you can eat anything as long as you eat in a moderate style have one plate instead of 2 bet that would help

  2. And its all planned for big pharma to make trillions! And people eat out way to much here in America it's horrible. I know people who spend $1500 a month on eating out! Stop this people, you're eating your own lives away. If your over 30 you dont need that much food to sustain yourself. The food pyramid is a lie. And no one drinks water, just pop it's insane. Water is the elixir of life.

We need to talk about the genetic modification of our foods not just the known bad things like sugar, white flour, etc. It’s becoming quite serious that fruits and vegetables are not in their original genetic form either and our bodies are POISONED by them as well, even though they look normal visually. Our bodies need REAL NUTRIENTS NOT POISON be it in ANY form. Many people are eating FAKE VEGETABLES and don’t even know it!!!

  4. The answer is in you! Why do you expect for the government to be the health watchman for anybody?
    Corporations wont either. They both will protect their own interests.
    A socialized healthcare system has many flaws over the benefits it offers. A capitalist approach has its own issues as well. They both end up in the same box, NOT LOOKIMG OUT FOR YOUR INTERESTS!
    There are no guarantees in this life of anything.
    There are many things we cant control that are unfortunately part of our food system.
    However there are practices, habits and health principles most if not all can incorporate into their lifestyle.
    1. Air, learn to breath deeply, slowly and pace yourself.
    2. Eat raw salads, fruit, nuts, seeds, vegetables.
    3. Load up on H2O. Avoid caffeine, stimulants, carbonated beverages, dairy, and colorants.
    If you add lemon to your water it taste better plus it makes it alkaline.
    4. Exercise everyday. Walk, jogging, runn, stretch, flex and jump. Jumping on a trampoline is specially beneficiary to your lymphatic system.
    5. Sleep well. It varies for many and you should definitely learn what works for you. Sleep in a fresh, dark area. Well ventilated neither cold or hot for you but rather comfortable, clean and clear of things and stuff.
    Establish a sleep routine. Practice consistency. Also for some you may need to develop a way to download your worries, angst or thoughts before sleeping not necessarily everyday but still added to your process.
    6. Spend time in nature.
    7. Rest.
    8. Be hopeful and grateful.

  5. It's not just that HFC is metabolized differently in the body, but also the fact it disrupts cell communication. Its considered a foreign unrecognized pathogen in the body. Drink water. Avoid caffeine. Any and as many sugared drinks. Processed foods have way too much. It's a cheap ingredient added to addictify your tastebuds. Once your tastebuds like it your brain craves it. And to be honest your brain needs fats and sugar to function on a daily regular basis. Therefore dont demonize ingredients. It's not the ingredients bad on their own. It's the amounts and the firms of intake that are unhealthy and detrimental to our overall health.
    No one could ever go wrong with just H2O! To top it off, we have sedentary lives. Too much sodium, food preservatives, GMO's, pesticides and other toxins our bodies ingest unfortunately….
    Jeez too many unsustainable practices.

  6. I don't get what they mean by carbohydrates, do they mean all of them, do they mean processed carbohydrates like sugar, or do they mean all of them like fruits, vegetables , breads and rice. I think dangerous to make a statement like that without being clear on what you mean . Im sure they talk about it a bit more but all this short does in confuse people.

  7. Funny how many societies have massive carb percentages in their diet and yet have no obesity problem (most of Asia).
    Peterson and his overly simplistic answers to conplex problems outside his sphere of expertise strikes again!
    Yes, sugar is bad, but sugar is NOT ALL CARBS.

    I so wish Jordan would stay in his wheelhouse.

  9. I think we all just need to cut bread back and treat it like it's a treat along was any processed sugar and we should stick to eating fruits for sweet

  10. I think durian Rider would definitely disagree with that he eats nothing but sugar and carbohydrates for years & years. Type durianrider and you'll see lives on it

  11. Its legit. I'm 63…. I did keto/low carb two years ago and went from 255 to 232. Got off it for a while and got up to 247. Then last spring an old ailment came back; athsma. Got so bad it was waking me up at 2 to 3 in the morning because I couldn't breath. Could not get by without albuteral and bromide breathing treatments twice a day. Allergergist wanted to put me on a powered inhaler. Read the side effects and said no way.. I'm going to take care of this myself. That was 9/16/21. I haven't had ANY grains and very little sugar since. I don't even eat fruit. Only dairy is cheese, and I'm very picky about that. Lots of greens, beef and pork rinds. Lots of extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. As many eggs as I want. Totally shun all GARBAGE seed oils. Butter, lard, bacon grease are what I cook with. I was off my breathing treatments in FIVE DAYS. I'm down to 224 lbs, which is about 23 lbs in just over six weeks. I haven't weighed this since my Freshman year in college. I feel great and my athsma is totally under control. I go days without using a rescue inhaler and those occurrences are getting farther apart. All I've done is cut out grains, sugar and most importantly seed oils. All these things are incredibly inflammatory. The food pyramid we've been sold for decades is GARBAGE. If you are an athsma suffer, search YT for "Dr Ken Berry Athsma". It could change your life. God bless.

  12. Being an American, I am so grateful that I don’t have to worry about my weight like so many Americans. I eat literally anything and everything but don’t gain weight. I’ve always been really skinny.
    I wish people would wake up and realize what they are actually doing to themselves. Being overweight is such a huge problem here and being overweight is so gross. I hate that the sugar companies have manipulated everything maliciously.. they should be held accountable for it.

  13. It's all about your lifestyle and body type. You have to hear, feel, whatever, and know what to give your body. I do manual labor in the hot sun at times and you need a lot of energy and more… I trust God with His amazing design and trust Him with His leading on how to live, eat, whatever.

  14. This is oversimplified. LDL cholesterol is bad. Saturated fats which contain high LDL's are to be limited. Not all carbohydrates are bad. The refined and processed kinds are to be limited. It all depends on your lifestyle and activity level.

Yes all carbohydrates are bad there's no difference between good carbs bad carbs processed nutrient deficient sources and highly nutrient dense carbohydrate sources to give you sustained energy throughout the day. I forgot that the South Beach diet was the end of obesity in America. I also forgot about all the studies that show that the initial weight loss from the keto diet a low carb diet is primarily water weight and doesn't result in long-term sustainable weight loss. Not to mention that the diet is taken from a time when man who ate that diet had a life expectancy of 30 to 40 years. The extremely malnourished nation of North Korea has a life expectancy of about 50 to 60 years right now.
