If U.S. President Joe Biden replaces Kamala Harris with Joe Manchin as Biden's Vice President running mate this would be enough to allay fears of Biden's obvious Democratic voter base age, and cognitive concern issues, as Joe Manchin would be ready to take over the United States Presidency. If Joe Machin as an Independent Vice President that demonstrates a true centrist thinking manner would garner enough crossover votes for the Joe Biden, & Joe Manchin ticket when teamed up for a Biden U.S. Presidential Win in November 2024.
