Randy is running a Ponzi scheme. Thereโs a reason he canโt get a return call from any bank.
Country stroung, Mountain tuff โค survival is in the blood, sweat and tears.โค
Wishing you all good things and continued success. I have faith in you.
I never lost faith in Randy and Amanda and/or in Incredible Tiny Homes. Not every business decision is well liked, but you have to do what is best for the company in order to do what is best for your customers. I thought this video explained everything very well. Keep on doing what you do and don't fret over the negative Nellies of the Social Media world.

My Dad worked full time until he turned 82 yrs old age. Being on his job at 6 am everyday and half days Saturdays. There was not 1 piece of wood working equipment that he couldn't run. My Dad got hurt at work because of someone else's carelessness and cleanup. I watched my Dad begin to fade away from 2019 up til his crossing 2020. I pray I have my Dad's health so I can do wonderful creations in the likeness of my Dad and my Momma. There is something about wood work and creating that gives me peace like my Dad.
The problem is places to put tiny homes is too limited. It is the same challenge as the EV car industry – not enough charging stations or distance. I think the need for affordable housing is there but need infrastructure/place to put support. Randy, have you tried to work with local and federal govt agencies that have the land and can do the infrastructure support? ITH needs to focus on building tiny homes and not the capital expense of infrastructure.
Will the prices of the homes be affected?

Hi from the Grovie peep, I know it was a very difficult decision to let half of your staff go. It's happening everywhere. That's part of the business. I think now you both can breathe and focus on building the business stronger. I wish you all the best. Dont let the negative comments ruin your life. Stay strong. โค im sure those who were let go will find a job with the skills you trained them. My Grove peeps said we are in it together no matter what. We will be there for each other and things will be better. Stay strong ITH!โคโค
You guys did it! 200k! My wife and I are so happy for you! We can't wait to get our double dormer Christmas special!
200k YouTube subscribers.. Keep on keeping on Randy and Amanda
Well you would not do anybody any favors by going out of business so do what you have to do.
The fact that you are as transparent as you are is why I respect what you are doing. Even though I canโt afford to buy a Tiny Home I still was and talk to my friends about what you! By the I didnโt know you were married to each other! ๐
Thank you Amanda and Randy for sharing the challenges of running a business and balancing the need to keep employees working but also to make a profit. Expanding to stick built homes hopefully can provide another revenue stream to keep your company in business. I think it is a great idea to go back to your roots of building stick built homes but also keeping the tiny home line of homes available for consumers. I wish you all of the best as you navigate the challenges in our economy.
I truly feel for the folks who had to be laid off, this happens in any business itโs not easy but itโs a necessary evil. FB is going nuts Iโve explained this same scenario to a few folks on FB and it truly was a wake up call how cruel folks can be. Thank you for the video. Iโm looking forward to moving and making my home with ITH. Stay the coarse. God bless ๐๐ฝ
The place were my husband works started to "lay off" people all the lousy time keeper's went its sad but necessary
You have to do, what you have to do. I got laid off from a company 3/20 and it wasn't due to covid or performance, the company I worked for lost several contracts. That said, The in house Directors are still my friends. Things work out, keep doing.
Hi Randy and Amanda. I'm so sorry there had to be a layoff. My husband and I had a small business, much smaller than yours, and we realized that so much more work got done with a much smaller crew. It's difficult for all involved, but as a business owner, sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Hang in there and keep on keeping on! I really do appreciate what y'all are doing and the way you guys do business! Much love โฅ๏ธ
Skip in their step because they know they being watched๐. Leaders putting their thumb on the pulse. Great work!
Get well Mr Randy
You guys are doing well . Love yas
Amanda needs to be in front of the camera not behind it, she is very good at explaining what is going on. Not that Randy is not, they both make up a good team.
Tiny homes need places to park and as large home sells crater this year, there will be push back on allowing tiny home developments in every state until this B-Economy is fixed. !
Iโm sorry to know Amber Wilborn is no longer with ITH. I loved corresponding with her on the build of my Birmingham. But I do understand a company needing to restructure to meet the economic times. โค ITH โค๏ธ

I'm retired now, but I was laid off four times when I was working. I did temp jobs to survive. I took a job at an animal shelter cleaning cages. So, I know how hard it is on folks. But, all will work out and everything will be okay. Hard work pays off. I believe you will continue to grow and sell lots of homes and land. Keep positive. You can do it. You will survive. God bless you.
My husband was laid off from IBM at the beginning of their "downsizing." Eventually the whole location closed, over 10,000 employees.
I was pregnant with our third child. We left the area and lived in a tiny pop-up trailer, the campground only had cold water early in the spring, and there was still snow and sleet.
Bob felt he should physically show up at a company with a huge sign over the highway, and he got an interview & they hired him.
Use your intuition, which God placed there for you.
I know you'll be all right. โค We are rooting for you.
God bless always.
Remember, "The good stuff happens after the struggle" Prayers continuing for INcredible Tiny Homes!
Hey Randy & Amanda… It must feel amazing to know you own everything, no debt monster knocking on your door. The key to happiness is living debt free !! I'm Praying, people learn this is the key to living their best life !
