2. This puppy has a life and life is precious. The owner of this puppy should have been a responsible life protector and caregiver. Abandoning this puppy to end his life is cruelty, abuse, neglect, and criminal. This puppy deserves justice while the owner deserves to spend his time in jail.

   Thank you for rescuing this beautiful puppy to save him from the heavy rain and to save his life. You gave him a second chance at life. God bless you for caring for one of His creations.

   This puppy went through pain and suffering earlier in life. I wish for him to have a happy life with his kind and caring adopter to make up for his unfortunate past.
