  1. Disgusting North-Americans, hipocrisy at maximun level, they talk like kind of care about people, but the servise costs thousands of dollars…. Americans… time to wake up

  2. First guy was SO sad…the second one, that young lady…that HURT bad 😭 To lose a child, or a pregnancy is just so heartbreaking 🥺 but that last one, that young lady who lost her mama to cancer…I feel her pain like no other 😭 I lost my father in 2003 to complications of H.I.V., and when I got that phone call I tell you my whole world dropped, like the pain was just unending, I cried until my throat was raw and hoarse, just like this man said, it took me talking to a few friends for hours and hours on end to get through this, and Im still not fully there, but, I am WAY better than I was before. I surely hope these 3 people find peace and solace in their troubling times, I will definitely pray for them!

  3. My ex partner had a miscarriage. It hurts knowing i could have had an older brother or sister for my current 6 year old. Think about it all the time

  4. Got me over here bawling me eyes out over how much they cared. The female paramedic didn't want to show her pregnant stomacb because she didn't want the patient to feel no type of way… I've interacted with multiple paramedics (mostly guys) before and they are the sweetest people you would ever come across. Paramedics and firefighters ❤💪🏾❤

  5. I think the first one is important for people to see. Alcoholics are not always bad or evil people. You never know what drove these people to abuse alcohol and it’s important to have empathy first.

  6. First one has me in tears. I love these videos, the EMS team is amazing. They’re always so sweet. I hope that guys doing okay. Losing a child is hard. Rebecca would want him to stay strong for her.

  7. Some people just don’t get over loses of pets and family and I’m one of those people and it is hard but I just have to keep myself busy and not think about it and some people just heal very slow. But if you go to the extreme and start hurting yourself please get help. 🫶🏼

  8. how old is this show ? in the first clip, it was apparently 2014 as it was 9 yrs from katrina and its now almost 20 yrs. in one of the other clips they were wearing masks like it was 2020 so it lasted a long time if that is true. i ask bcz i never heard of this show until recently.

  9. God bless, this is so beautiful and so sad to see. The humanity of these chapters of these unique stories of grief and suffering held by the first responders with such grace and compassion. Thank you to those who put their lives on the line to help others!
