🇹🇭 Thai Street Food – 5 Noodle Soups: https://youtu.be/dUEMXUMwiAw?si=Ebk3N02myFsxKlqL

📍 Rad Na Pradiphat (ราดหน้าประดิพัทธ์ https://maps.app.goo.gl/jLutNDwUGiF9H7vq5) – This generations old Thai street food stall specializes in rad na, a Chinese noodle dish with gravy, and also what we really came to eat; pad see ew (เส้นใหญ่ผัดซีอิ๊วหมู). Price – 50 THB ($1.36) per plate

📍 Thai Heng Li (ร้านอาหารไท้เฮงหลี https://maps.app.goo.gl/XNxDRKtfeXmzAdww7) – The next Thai fried noodle dish we’re eating is Pad Kee mao (เส้นใหญ่ผัดขี้เมา), or Thai drunken noodles. Typically when it comes to drunken noodles you can expect spicy, and full of pepper. Aunty has been cooking for more than 40 years, she cooks everything over fire, and her pad kee mao, and pad Mama instant noodles are exceptional. Price – 60 THB ($1.64) per plate

📍 Aunty Pien Fried Chicken Noodles (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวคั่วไก่ป้าเพียร https://maps.app.goo.gl/39oqzg2VJUNJqgqf9) – Next up on this noodles tour we’re eating Kuay teow khua gai (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวคั่วไก่), scorched noodles, that they cook in a brass pan. Price – 60 THB ($1.64) per plate

📍 Suki Hiajo (ร้านสุกี้เฮียโจ https://maps.app.goo.gl/Pfjkqdz9DnVf8yXaA) – This famous stall in Bangkok specializes in Thai style suki, both the soup and dry versions. Dry suki seafood (สุกี้แห้งทะเล). Price 70 THB ($1.91) per plate

📍 Wan Pad Thai (วรรณ ผัดไทย https://maps.app.goo.gl/Mh5up74MJa48UUES6) – Finally, we couldn’t have a Thai fried noodles tour without including the most famous of all Thai fried noodles – actually the most famous Thai dish of all time; Pad Thai! She’s been making Pad Thai for over 30 years, and she’s a true master of balancing the flavors and the smokiness in the wok. I ordered Pad Thai w/ shrimp (ผัดไทยกุ้งสด). Price – 60 THB ($1.64) per plate

We completed this Thai street food mission, all 5 Thai fried noodles, all in one day!
