26. I was mowing the lawn very late in the evening and this bat just swooped down and tried to land on my hat as I was mowing on my zero turn

    As I’m trying to put it in stop this little guy is practically screaming the riot act with chirps, hitting me with its wing, and sticking his tongue on at me.

    Parents say it was the funniest thing they’ve seen since that time when a goose tried to steal my diaper.

34. I have a noctule. A noctule is a small bat that lives in the attic of my house. We never see each other, we both work at night

48. Cuteness aside, what fascinates me are the different kinds of intelligence animals can have. Naturally social creatures like bats, dogs or whales have a very high emotional intelligence and can read expressions and behaviors better than many humans.
