The father of the autistic child said in the news interview that the autistic child is uncontrolled and likes to touch things. So how come these two adult parents, knowing this, left there autistic child, with another underage child, their daughter, to care for and supervise him out in the public. Isn't that Negligence by an adult, to leave an autistic child with known uncontrolled habits, in the custody and supervision of another minor out in public.
