  1. ok lets make it clear, for all of us smokers we know the addiction is what's causing our anxiety and smoking is more of a temporary relief and nothing like the euphoria this video implies. This channel is dangerous because it targets children with it's contrarian click bait, if you're a parent talk to your kids.

  2. Ive been addicted to every possible form of nicotine you can think of and the weird thing is regular cigarettes are the hardest to quit, idk what it is what makes it better then vaping, pouches etc.

  3. ive never been addicted to any substance, but i know that quitting something that you've known for a long time is extremely difficult. sometimes i miss doing the thing i thought kept me happy, but im very proud of myself for not doing it anymore. i will never put myself in a situation where i might have to do that all over again. i will never smoke.

  4. So is Nicotine good for us if taken in a non-destructive way like smoking? Can you guys maybe do an episode on benefits of drugs like nicotine, alcohol, sugar and others if consumed in moderation and through sources that are not damaging?

  5. It's correct that the most of us watching is non smokers. But my brother is and he is really discipline person but he start for social reason and that habit remains. So it's more like habit..

  6. I've was surrounded by smokers my whole childhood. I've had so many people close to me struggle and die from lung related issues. Some of my family have quit smoking because of it.

  9. What I don’t understand is weather the effects on your body (scars etc) starts when you smoke regularly or if it starts after the first cigarette

  10. I quit smoking 2 years ago and I was a smoker for 16 years. I am so happy I finally did that! At first I substituted with e-cig, then I was constantly reducing nicotine. After a few months I reduced to 0, and finally throwed away e-cig too. Also sometimes I used lollipops to keep my hands and mount busy I still love ones for kids without sugar! :). If you're trying to give up smoking, I keep my fingers crossed that you will succeed!
