  1. The NBC reporter reads the prepared propaganda from the real estate developer as if it's "news." She says that the building will help fight the affordable housing crisis. What a dolt. The housing crisis in New York affect millions of people. The housing crisis in America affects many tens of millions of people, if not well over a hundred million or more. NBC should be ashamed of itself. It's 2024, not 1954. Information is not hand delivered by God.

  2. How about a compromise? Find a way to create a greenhouse-like structure to preserve the park but let people live above it? Parks built inside a building isn't something new and this would still allow the public to have their green space and seniors to live.

  3. How does it feel to be in the democrat party which illegally targeted and incarcerated 500 hundred Americans for protesting a questionable election. Free the political prisoners that Biden's party and his government has jailed. He is the Definition of Fascism!!!!

  4. They took a personal bribe to build there, who’s kidding who. There are vacant buildings all over the Bronx, abandons lots, and places that could be developed as homeless housing. There’s no justification for removing that beautiful park.
