On Day 4, we explored Hong Kong’s incredible Cantonese roast meat culture, from the juiciest char siu in Hong to the most legendary roast goose!

  1. I was 6 when I visited Hong Kong…in 1968. I can still remember the taste of the wontons noodles soup near our hotel. In fact, I ate that soup for the whole week for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Best childhood memories in Hong Kong…

  2. Your enthusiasm Mark as always… I was born in a country surrounded by the pristine waters of NZ also plentiful variety. But seeing chefs drown seafoods in oil simply over complicated the natural flavours of seafood makes me appreciate the simple preparation of seafood at home in a Vietnamese cuisine.. I’ve eaten in Hong Kong and many other Asian countries and oily foods doesn’t do anything for me! But this is my opinion and my taste .. but you make it entertaining bro 😎

  3. I wonder how much did the Hong Kong totalitarian police government pay this, frankly "too old, not white enough, and I have never heard of him" youtuber to make this propaganda video??? LOL

  4. This is insane, I've always been curious about Hong Kong food culture! Waiting for you to come back to Brazil so we can compare the two (lots of Chinese/Hongkongé influences)

  5. As someone who is from HK, for the love of god, do not come to HK for food.

Japan, Thai, China or even Singapore, are just cheaper and better

  6. my dad was born from HK before he immigrated here to Canada and ran a Chinese takeout! My parents will be planning to take me there for vacation sometimes too! Excited to see and to witness the culture and am sure the food is much more richer and authentic than the asian cuisine in North America. It will be my first time too to step out of the Canadian soil!
