Every time you hear the word "accident ", replace it with "unfortunate choice". These folks, while undoubtedly adventurous and cool they're fraught with poor decision making. Like those signs say, there's nothing down there worth the pain and sadness you put your family through… not to mention the spelunker's own fears and panic and terrifying last hours of life. It ain't worth it..

OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGODSHITSHITFUUUUUCK. Is what I would say if I were in that cave, because I was forced in at gunpoint, and they had my family hostage, threatening to kill them all as well. There ain't no other way that i would walk into a situation like that. The most I would do is stand 2 feet into the entrance. "Yup, that is cool. I'm leaving now."

'One arm pinned beneath him, one arm outstretched in front' is the same description all of these deaths seem to have. It should be very clear, if you have to get into this position to squeeze into a place, you're probably not making it back through. No idea why people do this to themselves.
There's absolutely nothing to gain from caving. If you make it out you can just be thankful you're alive. If you die you lose everything. I don't see the point in doing something just because you can.
