After noticing a cat fallen into the water. the dog rushed over to help.however, The cat scared and wet, tried to push the dog away with her paws, not understanding he meant well. But the dog wasn’t giving up. He knew the cat needed saving.
Despite the cat’s resistance, the dog jumped into the water, lifting the cat onto his back. The cat, shivering but safe, climbed out of the water, and the dog remained in the water, trying to find his way out alone. His selflessness and bravery are truly inspiring.

Instead of putting the phone away, the person was probably filming for a long time until the cat was too exhausted to try to get out of the water.
The person filming was also probably throwing the cat back inside the water when it got out.
Clearly animal abuse.
