One innocent person just waiting for the bus. On a day that was considered a day to walk or ride your bike to work day (high ozone). How can people consider alternative means of transportation when the alternative means are extremely unsafe?
The family of the victim should civil law sue the judge who let this repetitive felon out on bond!!!
