She is absolutely right. We are all one, and pieces of source (meaning we are all source). Therefore we must love ourselves, because we are divine, just as everyone else is. To hate ourselves would be to hate God/source. We must learn to truly love ourselves first and foremost, because in doing so we spread love energetically to all others.

I've been in the "new age" community since 1986, and have heard lots of predictions by big name channels that didn't pan out… At least not in the way everyone interpreted them. Really skeptical about this flash, sorry. Maybe it's a metaphor

I need to share what happened to myself and my husband. This happened in the early hours of the morning. My husband was in bed sleeping already, I crawled in around 3:30-4:00am. I tossed a few times then all of a sudden I saw the brightest bright white ball of strobing white light about the size of a basket ball or a little smaller. I sat up straight to watch it for a few seconds as I said “What the heck is that?” Then it disappeared. At that point my husband didn’t see it. Then it happened again, he still didn’t see it. Well to keep this short he finally saw it on the 3rd time. This ball of strobing light happened a total of 6-7 times. It was beautiful, but unexplainable for us. We were not scared or upset as we both found this exciting and interesting. I myself thought of light workers helping us ascend to higher dimensions, but I don’t know for sure. We are both open to other beings hear helping us go through this process, so that’s what I’m thinking it was. I have been to the dark void twice during meditation. I know that space. It was the most sublime meditation experience I have ever had. I’ve craved to have that again, but feel blessed that I at least experienced it twice. It was velvety and rich. It felt absolutely sublime and delicious. I never wanted to leave it.
I am happy i watched this video , i feel religion should be freedom and teaching how to connect with your source not controlling your mind. God doesn't judge . I saw under Bufo Alvarius medicine, all starseed lightworkers ,the chosen ones are connecting to help the soul to pass when this event will Happen. I was also told that covid was necessary to bring back some old soul to rebirth already enlightened to the new earth .
