This 4-year-old is so gentle with her bearded dragon, who has her very own pink Barbie Mercedes 💞
We spoke to Vera’s mom Lindsey about how she developed her love for cold-blooded animals and how the day she met @Strawberrythedragon changed everything!

George was my bearded dragon's name, he was the sweetest pet ever! He loved to sit on my chest/shoulder area and would fall asleep there.❤ miss you pricklebaby🥲
So Cool. ❤My child loved animals too. We made sure that she studied the needs of any animal she wanted for a pet, and monitored that she took good care. Our girl became a biologist!

My goodness for a 4-year-old all of those sidewalk drawings she did, like the ladybug and the lizard, have extremely symmetrical properties, evenly spaced lines and marks, and even very steadily drawn curves! And the mom had to ask her who the drawing was of, so we know that the 4-year-old did it and not the mother. I'm glad she included that part in there so that we know, because if an adult drew that I would say "yikes" or maybe just "bless your heart". But for a 4-year-old, exceptional! 😅😅😅😅😂
This is beautiful. Not only because Strawberry is obviously happy and well cared for. But also because it's also obvious Vera is a happy, kind, and gentle. Obvious signs she's well loved too.
I think Strawberry loves her too!
Reminds me of my younger sister (3) who was recently sucked punched in broad daylight for her bearded dragon. Sad.
