As you are walking say things like "you are not welcome here" "you need to leave now" I am indigenous and have grew up smudging and it n works but you cannot just breeze thru the rooms nor can you let activity distract you! You’re smudging “the use of sage” wrong! First off all windows and doors should be opened when smudging because the purpose is to push negative out not keep it in. You need all four elements when smudging y what are you doing? You need a seashell to represent water, a feather to represent air, Sage to represent earth & matches to represent fire that’s all four elements. You start in the the corners of your home and use the feather and push the smoke in a outward direction pushing whatever out of the home towards the open door and windows as you’re doing this , you tell whatever negative energy to remove itself and then asked to bring in whatever positive energy in once you do every room in the house, leave the sage on the seashell and let it burn out naturally… but respectfully, honey I’m not sure what your religion status is and I’m not trying to tell you what to do but calling on Jesus and an exorcism maybe needed for your home.
