  1. The question is was it’s pod still there, if not that little dolphin won’t survive on it’s own.

After dolphins calves are born it takes them up to 4 months to grow their first set of teeth and 6 months to learn how to catch fish and swim properly on their own. Even after the claves learn how to hunt small fish on their own, it is not unusual for them to stay with their mothers for 3 to 6 years.

  2. Because the baby was alone, I kinda wish he would have held onto the baby until marine rescue people could come. But I applaud his efforts and kind heart!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰

  3. That's amazing that he stuck around to make sure it got out safely. Poor thing. Hopefully it's mama was somewhere nearby. Thank you for being selfless and taking care of that cute little nugget!❤
