South Carolina police officer Quincy Smith thought he was on the brink of death after being shot at eight times by 29-year-old Malcolm Antwan Orr. The heart-stopping encounter was caught on $30 camera glasses that Smith bought on Amazon. Prosecutors released the footage this week after a jury found Orr guilty of attempted murder and possession of a weapon.   4. what happen to the guy in the red shirt. did he not call 911. no body cams on the cops. he had to buy his own. plus. he only paid 30 bucks for his camera. not expensive. why dont all police have them
