  2. Aikido works on petite women and on children and the elderly it really works wonders on the terminally ill so if you work in a daycare facility or an old folks home this martial art would be for you it really works wonders if you mix it with hula dancing

  3. MMA actually has a good deal of rules, the NJ state athletics board helped draft them after PA banned the events in the 80s over the lack of rules in toughman competitions….

  4. I love using Tai Sabaki while navigating among people on a crowded train. It's not a street fight, but a real-life application of Aikido 😉
