The King cobra (Ophiophagus hannah) is the longest venomous snake in the world and the Mulga snake (Pseudechis australis) is the largest venomous snake of Australia. Both species have huge venom yields and they prey upon other snakes. Both the King cobra and the Mulga snake /King brown snake are very powerful. But which one is deadlier? In this video we use 5 categories to find out who would win a hypothetical battle between these deadly snakes! We compare the behavior, size, speed, venom and also how difficult it is to handle these snakes.

Remember that snakes are never aggressive, only defensive if they feel threatened! Calm handler = calm snake.

  1. The mulga snake AKA the king brown would kill the cobra with its venom regardless of the size of cobra. It has small but very sharpe fangs and chews its victims injecting all of its venom. I heard one story of a man rocking up to hospital with a live king brown attached to his arm as he couldn’t get it to release. Imagine the commotion and talk about getting to the front of the queue in the waiting room…

  2. Considering the venom toxicity then Mulga snake is more deadly but considering the amount of venom a King Cobra Possess it can kill a fully grown elephant

  3. It’s stupid, why would people disturb nature when nature can be deadly? Tornado chasers, horrendous beach waves, snake attacks & so many others.

  4. The most venomous snake of all is the Inland Taipan, which can kill 25000 mice or 100 adults in one bite. They are also called the most fierce snake of the world.
