  2. Ive tried a few delicious African dishes, goat curry was my favourite, with oogahli…snails…..yeah naah i dont think i could eat snails, ive seen the french and italians cook them and used to see them when i was catering at social events, but i just cant bring myself to try them.

  3. When I went to Jamaica I saw these huge snails on the leaves by the waterfall. I never did I think I could eat but I did have escargot at this French place in San Diego. A little salty but it was ok

  4. The slimy gelatinous substance extracted from the snail is called hemocyanin. It appears blue in color when oxygenated and colorless when oxygen is removed. It is analogous to haemoglobin in humans
