  1. Fast twitch muscle reaction is a thing. You don't need it to get big muscles, but you do need it to be a top level fighter whether it's mma, boxing, karate, tae kwon do etc

  2. I love the but I’m 260, I used to work with someone who taught judo and karate. At the time he was a black belt in bother second Dan in karate and third Dan in judo. He always asked me to start training, eventually I went to his judo class. I’m 6 foot and 16 stone, 13 14 15 year olds were throwing me around like it was nothing. These kids have trained from a very young age some started as young as 4 years old. Weight and strength has nothing over years of training and technique.

  3. I’ve seen the littlest of my homies and I’m a high schooler btw my homie is about 4 something feet tall if not 5 feet and he is mostly bones get down with a big ass grown adult and beat the crap out of him😂😂 Js sayin don’t judge a book by its cover especially in a fight

  4. People forget street fight means no canvas mat but hard concrete ground, no rule against slamming 150 to the ground, good luck getting a killshot on bradley before he slams your head into concrete
