If owners of resturants know your going then you will get the good treatment. You can't tell me you just turn up and eat what's been sitting out for ages. No, they give you preferential treatment which is wrong because anyone else going might be disappointed in what they get to what you got.
Whenever Mark makes videos from Thailand they hit different ! All his videos are great no doubt but those from Thailand are just extraordinary!
