You can clearly see the hand hitting the glass move to the side of the window out of view as he turns the light switch and walks closer. That’s definitely someone dressed in all black with only their hands exposed, making it look like they’re only hands visible without a body, but if you go through the video slowly and carefully pay attention you can clearly see it’s a person in a cloak or something all black covered from head to toe literally except their hands and very small portion of their wrist and forearms. ( this is my opinion, I may be wrong but it’s what I believe is actually happening here. )
