There’s no way he could get out even if she did leave a “two finger” hole! Look at this pic. He was a tiny guy but that was a very small suitcase. He couldn’t maneuver himself into the right position in order to do so! Also if she didn’t remember recording that horrifying video how does she suddenly remember that she left a hole that he could use to free himself?

the bruises were most likely from her pushing him down the stairs while he was inside the suitcase not from him trying to get out. how else would it have gotten flap side down?
The state just filed a motion to deny the defenses defense strategy of battered woman syndrome…not sure why, but i agree…she was the batterer, and she defended was in mo way afraid of him that night

Third story – why would you let someone who's recently begun having seizures sleep alone? Especially after drinking? That he died the way he did is why hospitals don't let them do that, at least not without regular check-ins on the afflicted.
