It's not the line
His game reminds me of Zach Wilson. Good ability to extend plays, occasional amazing display of arm talent, but overall poor processing, poor decision making, and easily rattled off his game. Andrew Luck had a way worse line/team as a rookie, and he was amazing from the start. Caleb was supposed to be that kind of talent. Not even close. Career Caleb’s career is Zach Wilson or his curling is Trubisky.

It’s not all Caleb’s fault, he was way overhyped. He’s a victim of being an okay QB in a mediocre draft class.
The bears should have let him sit and develop for a year and picked a tackle at that number 8 spot. Expecting a rookie who isnt a natural pocket passer to come in with no line or run game and just start delivering dime passes was so poorly thought out.

He had several good pockets especially later in the game and threw horrible throws on all of them. It got so bad DJ Moore took himself out the game and you could see his frustration on the sideline.
